The beauty of Flash is it is on 90% of all computers in the world. The problem is it still doesn't always work. Normally the biggest problem is you may have an old player or the player may be corrupt. 

So please go hereto download the latest version of Flash Player. If present, I would suggest when the Flash Download Center screen pops up you un-check the Yahoo toolbar option, unless you want it.

You may get a gold or yellow bar at the top of the browser window. It might say "This site might require the following ActiveX control: 'Adobe Flash Player 9' from Adobe Systems Incorporated". Click here to install..." If this is present, click the gold or yellow bar and choose "Install ActiveX control".

Installation of Adobe Flash Player may require administrative access to your PC, which is normally provided by your IT department. It is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation. 

Click the Install Now button to automatically download and install Adobe Flash Player into Microsoft Internet Explorer. 

If a browser Security Warning dialog box appears like the one below, you will need to click "Install" to download & install the player. This is a small file & should only take a few seconds to download & install.

Your computer may require a reboot after auto-installation of the Flash Player ActiveX control, if the Flash Player is already in use during the installation process.

After the installation, you will be able to see the movie!
