About the Video
This fashion project was shot in Milan, Italy for Katya Fernandez a fashion accessory designer. This is her new line of Italy silk scarfs printed in Como, Italy, just north of Milan about 30 miles (48KM). We had a perfect day to shoot, blue sky, warm but not hot and a stiff wind that was just what we needed. We put this together in a matter of hours the day before. Emiliano and I were prepping for another shoot for Katya and around 3 p.m. Katya asked if I had time to shoot the next day and I said yes then I suggested Yana, the model because I had just shot with her a few days before on another project and thought she was great.
Fortunately I was also able to book my favorite Make Up artist in Milan, Kassandra, and Emiliano, my lead assistant in Europe, was already in Milan helping me on other projects, coming from Germany where he lives. We confirmed the model just before 7 p.m. and started the project the following morning.
