About the Video

UPS has an internal "Being Well" program which is designed to help employees lead a healthy life. We shot in several select cities across the USA and produced 2 to 3 minute videos on each person. We also shot a lot of "B" roll outside and inside the UPS distribution centers on each person to help tell their individual health story. All of the the interviews were shot in an office environment to have better sound.

This video is not the story, but rather a group of quick sample snippets of video and still images showing how I light, shoot and direct an interview.

The Gear:
Canon 5D MKIII cameras using a range of lenses
Steadicam
SmallHD monitors
Gitzo CF Tripods
Sachtler Fluid Head.

The underwater scenes were shot using a Seacam underwater housing.

The Lighting:
All lighting is daylight or a mix of practical lights, Kinoflow, hot lights and LED lights.
Sunbounce reflectors.
